How quickly do I get my order?
Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail and once shipped, take 2-3 days to arrive. If there's a delay with your order, we do our best to keep you informed. We are a small operation, so your patience is always appreciated. We do our best to shape 'em up and ship 'em out!
Can you expedite orders?
If you have a gift emergency (which is totally get by the way!) and you need your product sooner, we are happy to expedite your delivery sooner at an additional cost to you. We offer UPS and FedEx express shipping for the standard rates. All costs associated with expedited shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please note: due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item.
- Items must be returned 14 days from the delivery date
- Full priced items may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit
- All Items must be unused and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for exchange or credit
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item
- Cut Out & Co reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items
Damaged or incorrect orders
Bummer! We do our best to make sure that our products are properly packaged and protected for shipping but occasionally, something goes wrong on the journey from us to you. Please contact us right away if your item (s) was damaged during shipping, there are missing, or incorrect items. Email us email@example.com
If we’ve sent you the wrong item or the item is damaged, we will take care of the return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you
If you believe your item was damaged in transit please keep all packing materials.
